DIRECTIONS

To fill sparse brows, use short pencil strokes in the direction of the hair growth to mimic natural hair and then blend with spoolie.

Pick a brow pencil color that is one shade lighter than hair color. Once blended and softened, the brow pencil shade will match hair perfectly.
