Dosage

You are recommended to take 1-2 tablets about 30 minutes before bedtime or as prescribed by your healthcare professional. Do not crush or chew the tablet.

Not suitable for children, teenagers, pregnant or lactating women. Do not take it if you will be driving or operating machinery. Do not exceed recommended intake. Not suitable for long term consumption.

No added wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, sugar, artificial flavours, colours and preservatives.
